We have a fully stocked and staffed repair centre here in the Midlands, carrying lots of parts and spares, and in many cases can help you outside of the normal warranty.
Please note the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. Excellent product
I have bought two of these playpens in the last week to use as a barrier to stop my large dog chasing the foxes who have an earth at the bottom of my garden. The black metal is attractive and blends in with the garden. It is tall enough to prevent the dog jumping over but does not spoil the view of the garden from the house. I have been looking for something like this for over a year now and would highly recommend this product. In the winter when the foxes are less active I will use the product as fencing to protect newly planted bulbs and then in the spring seedlings and newly planted pots from being trampled on or 'stolen' by the dog. The playpen will also be useful as I sometimes have visitors who are afraid of dogs as I can confine her (or the visitors) to a section of our open plan living area. This product is also cheaper than many others being sold and solves so many problems.
