The Confidence Door Chin up/Pull-up bar is the ideal piece of home equipment as it can be used in most door frames. Its twist design to extend and lock the apparatus into the doorframe ensures a secure fit to take your weight.
The chin up and pull up are strength training exercises for upper-body strength and building muscle on the arms and back, by lifting your body weight from the ground, you taking the of the weight stress on the large muscles of your back to your shoulders to your arms.
